Aleksandar Knezevic was excellent in helping me finding the right car for me. Not only that he waited for me after 5 pm (I arrived at the Elmhurst Toyota store at about 6pm), but he patiently showed me sev the right car for me. Not only that he waited for me after 5 pm (I arrived at the Elmhurst Toyota store at about 6pm), but he patiently showed me several cars, gave expert opinion about each of them and showed me all features of the car (Toyota Camry) I chose. If he wasn’t there I am not sure that I would buy any car. Thanks to him, I bought excellent car and I am very happy with it. More

When I arrived, I was greeted by Dave Hsu in your service department, and he was so kind and made sure I knew about the comfortable waiting service! Needed a vehicle due to an accident. Wanted a Toyota Rav4 as pleased with prior one. Used our insurance company auto buying company to spec out a new vehicle. Elmhurst Toyota responded with the specs Rav4 as pleased with prior one. Used our insurance company auto buying company to spec out a new vehicle. Elmhurst Toyota responded with the specs on a new Rav4 yet to be delivered, providing the Toyota MSRP. On that basis, we drove 100 miles to dealership, expressed interest in the vehicle. Salesperson drew up some paperwork, had us sign a "Non-Refundable Deposit" spot on an unidentified form, said we would go over costs when he was done playing on his computer, took our $2,000 "Non-Refundable Deposit" to his manager for signature, came back with receipt and told us "You're all set. We will contact you when vehicle comes in." In response to our demand for information about what exactly we were paying for the vehicle and a copy of the paperwork, we were provided a Vehicle Order copy and found out Elmhurst Toyota increased the price by $1,093, called it a dealership "market adjustment", charged us $2,000 he said was a Toyota "market adjustment", along with $1,215 in other inflated "prep" fees, $300 in doc fees, $500 in "state license and title" fees. While I could have demanded my $2K deposit check back and walked, we needed a vehicle, drove 100 miles, and wanted the car. But what kind of underhanded practices are these? Lured us in with MSRP, hid the costs from us, and lied. I contacted Toyota Motor Company, and was told their dealerships determine price, that they do not charge a "market adjustment". So, the Elmhurst Toyota salesperson we dealt with, who had a typed list of such Toyota adjustments by model taped to his cubicle wall, lied to us about the Toyota charge, which was simply more dealership unearned profit and we way overpaid for our vehicle. Will never set foot in the dealership again, and want them exposed for the cheats they are. More
Rude, dishonest, terrible customer service. I was misled on the financing information and ended up having a hit on my credit when I hadnt even seen the car. The salesman is not professional, and he trapped me in add-ons I asked him to cancel it. Even his manager is not cooperative. Do not get trapped with undercoating and paint protection.
