Wes was super helpful and patient with us while we chose our perfect vehicle. There were a few issues with it, but they are fixing those for us and even provided a loaner in the meantime all at no cost to u our perfect vehicle. The only thing I would change is how pushy the finance department is with the warranties when we try to politely decline and move on the finance portion takes up WAY too much time of buying a new car at McGrath in my opinion, but the sales team has always been great to us. Once you actually buy the car they stop becoming reachable. They sold me a car where they they advertised heated and cooled seats. Turns out they didn’t work.
