Very nice to work with Purchased a Used car from Mcgrath Ford. Everyone was helpful. They offered to sell me everything and the kitchen sink (undercoating, warranties, etc.) Purchased a Used car from Mcgrath Ford. Everyone was helpful. They offered to sell me everything and the kitchen sink (undercoating, warranties, etc.)but were not upset or offended when I did not purchase more than I wanted. I live 4 1/2 hours away from them in another state. I drove out there to get the car I was looking for for a while. Unfortunately, about 45 minutes from home the engine light came on and it started misfiring. I called the next morning to make sure I had the warranty information correct and I was told not to worry about it. McGrath paid for the repair outright without any complaint. I gave them the number of the dealership I had the repair done at and they offered a credit card and paid for it. That does not happen too often in the auto world. Thank you More

Well scheduling and drop off was ok.
