Everything went very smooth except the phone call to make the appointment. When you call in you are supposed to push you have a choice of push 3 for Kia or push 4 for Hyundai. There was no mention of wha the appointment. When you call in you are supposed to push you have a choice of push 3 for Kia or push 4 for Hyundai. There was no mention of what to push for Ford. So I went on a wild goose chase trying to find a number to reach Ford service department. I ended up calling the main number again and pushed 3 or 4 and did get someone who could help me. The service representative (Brett, maybe) was real nice and got right to the point. The lady (that drove me home, don't remember her name) was nice nice too. (In writing this I didn't remember exactly what number to push for what so I made them up.) More

80,000 mile total inspection + service/2011/F-150 I do have to return the vehicle to have 2 service issues reviewed. Other than that they have done a nice job to this point.
