They worked with my extended warranty carrier and got the repairs approved in less than an hour and then scheduled my appointment at a time convenient for me. Everything went very smooth except the phone call to make the appointment. When you call in you are supposed to push you have a choice of push 3 for Kia or push 4 for Hyundai. There was no mention of wha the appointment. When you call in you are supposed to push you have a choice of push 3 for Kia or push 4 for Hyundai. There was no mention of what to push for Ford. So I went on a wild goose chase trying to find a number to reach Ford service department. I ended up calling the main number again and pushed 3 or 4 and did get someone who could help me. The service representative (Brett, maybe) was real nice and got right to the point. The lady (that drove me home, don't remember her name) was nice nice too. (In writing this I didn't remember exactly what number to push for what so I made them up.) More

I do not know how to do it and they won't show me. They insist on getting in and doing it and it is still not right. When we got the car it was set perfect for me. Seat is too low and back too far so I always have to adjust it manually each time before I drive it. More
