I do not know how to do it and they won't show me. They insist on getting in and doing it and it is still not right. When we got the car it was set perfect for me. Seat is too low and back too far so I always have to adjust it manually each time before I drive it. More

Completely took advantage of us Tech found no evidence of our concern (in written report we picked up), (didn't let us know), but Service called and said it could be the blower or a Tech found no evidence of our concern (in written report we picked up), (didn't let us know), but Service called and said it could be the blower or a mouse nest and would cost us $$ to check it out. No trouble found but did replace the cabin filter, wasn't any different when we picked it up. Upon questioning why they didn't mention that it sounded normal right at first, but instead tore it apart, they kept insisting they did the right thing by digging into it further, even tho I said I should have had the option of whether to dig into it further after learning it sounded normal. Charged $240 but did refund $52 due to a mischarge. More
