Vehicle Service I went in to schedule an appointment and was told they could do the service the next day and the service would take about an hour. Upon arrival for my I went in to schedule an appointment and was told they could do the service the next day and the service would take about an hour. Upon arrival for my appointment the Service Advisor I was supposed to be working with was busy with another customer, so Brett helped check in. I was presented with 3 service estimates one of which was around $900 and would have taken a whole day. Since I wasn’t expecting this I ended up taking the cheapest service for a little over $100. It would have been nice to have been shown these estimates ahead of time so I could have planned for it better. I will be needing a 30,000 mile service soon and I will defiantly be shopping around for the best price. While I waited Brett followed up with me a couple of times. I did finally had to go and ask if my car was ready because I had an appointment I needed to leave for. More

They made my wife wait an hour and 1/2 to be picked up from the mall, after our replacement key had been made. When they finally brought her back to the dealership, the key they made didnt work, and t from the mall, after our replacement key had been made. When they finally brought her back to the dealership, the key they made didnt work, and they couldn't make it work. After another hour of them working on the key, my wife had to leave, taking the damaged key with her. My wife was upset because they should have tried the key, while she was waiting to be picked up at the mall. We returned the next day and they agreed to give us our money back, in return for the faulty key. The service manager didnt return her calls and didnt come out to talk to us about her experience the day before. We are long time Ford owners and are very disappointed with the new owners of this dealership. More
