2011/F-150/Headlight bulb replacement Went to the dealership with the hopes of having the "Driverside" headlight low beam bulb replaced. Once I was told that they could do it that pm @ a cost of less than $100 & in about 1 hrs time, I decided to give them a green-light. It was done for a cost of $73 & took less than 1/2 hr. Pleasantly surprised by the experience! However, I was not pleased with 6 of the same texted messages sent after wards! Once is enough. More

Called McGrath Ford parts department looking for a replacement interior door handle. Got a quote for the part only $93. Labor was $275. I told him I like to keep my money local, can you match the exact price. NO. Called a dealership in IA City. They matched the exact price and only charge $155 for labor. I learned my lesson not to deal with McGrath for any services. More

Good: didn’t have to wait long for shuttle and a rep texted me to keep me posted on status and details of repair. Bad: cost was $110 just to pull it in the garage. Charged me $345 to replace a washer fluid pump that can be accessed just under the front wheel well. To make it worse, when I pulled out the fluid they put in was freezing at 25*! The truck was also unwashed. Overall was disappointed by the high price for such a simple repair. At such a steep price I’ll take it somewhere else that will wash the truck without me complaining. I used to sell Nissan Trucks in Tampa Fl. and after I purchased the truck - F-150 almost a year ago from McGrath because they were straight forward. They replaced my front bumper and it looks factory installed - in less than 4 hours. They replaced 2 tires that were vandalized cheaper than I could have got them from Discount tire. As usual the oil change was completed in less than an hour. I would buy again AND Highly recommend McGrath More
