Fixing Henry Henry is the name my daughter has given to her 2011 Ford Edge. Henry is her baby! So when the “Check charging system” light came on it worried her greatly. Her worry puts me directly into over-protective dad mode. I showed up to your store without an appointment and was greeted by Brett Merck. He was cordial, professional and down right friendly. He assured me that he would get to diagnosing the vehicle and would contact me with information. He promptly contacted me to let me know that the vehicle needed a new alternator and to my surprise there was a mouse infestation in the engine compartment. He requested that I come in so he could review all that was needed to get Henry fixed. I arrived and Brett introduced me to Marcus Hayes, the tech that was working on Henry. Marcus walked me through and showed me the damage done by the infestation as well as some other technical stuff. These types of things usually go right over my head and when a tech shares the mechanics jargon I start to see binary code. Not this time though! He clearly explained in terms that I could understand what was going on. On top of that he took the time to tell me the possible outcome of not having either this or that done. I felt from the beginning that he not only was an excellent tech, but a customer service expert. Once the decisions were made to specific repairs, these guys had Henry up and running and a plan going forward for maintenance the next day. What they didn’t get to see was the smile on my daughter’s face when her baby was returned to her!! Brett Merck and Marcus Hayes both displayed the utmost professionalism, knowledge of their trade, and the highest level of customer service that I have ever witnessed. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s worry go away and you will see Henry for all maintenance and service going forward!! More

Got a great vehicle at a reasonable price. We really love our new used Hyundai Tucson. Paul Bixby treated us very well. This is my 5th Hyundai from this dealership and I do recommend it. I traded in 2 older Hyundai vehicles for this newer one. My only issue is that management refused to give me the ‘good condition’ trade in values per Kelly Blue Book. They seemed to value profits more than fairness and appreciation of loyal customers. Next time I will sell my trade-in myself to get a fair price. More
