I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change days ahead with knowledge of them having a shuttle to use. When I arrived the service technician insisted they didn’t have a shuttle and never have. He then asked if I would be waiting until the oil change was complete, “I responded, I suppose I have to if there is no shuttle” I waited two hours over my lunch hour for them to finish my oil change just to find out from another technician that there was indeed a shuttle that I could have used. Unbeknownst to them, I had paid much more for the oil change not being able to work as was planned. At the very least an apology should have been given for my troubles, if not some sort of discount. Neither happened, nor did I ask. Poor customer service. More
