I would never recommend this dealership any more! I was a loyal customer that had purchased 3 Hondas from your dealership and also had my maintenance done there. If you want to keep customers and have them coming back for car purchases and maintenance services, YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES!! Return to how you ran your dealership when you first opened! You’ve fallen so far since then!! You need better Customer Service, Technicians that do a more thorough completion of their work! Serve your customers! Fix the issues without arguing with them.. Do the work right the first time! Make the customer happy and satisfied! They’ll keep coming back and give you good reviews! You just lost a loyal customer! I will definitely not recommend your dealership to anyone! I will tell everyone of the bad service and horrible customer care I received. You didn’t put a part back after a service was done, the detailing was disappointing and done poorly , damage done to my car from detailing, had to argue just get the dealership to repair it.. then they didn’t complete all of it! This is the short version of what happened! A new dealership will now get my loyalty! Can’t express enough how awful my experience was! More

Brian was very professional and assisted me in my warranty work issue. He took care of everything with the Warranty Company and went above and beyond to get it all taken care of. Even though I had a warranty work issue. He took care of everything with the Warranty Company and went above and beyond to get it all taken care of. Even though I had a mishap take place this past Saturday that I had to get my car towed back to Honda. He was right on top of it and got the issue taken care of right away.
