Service is awesome I love the service department. Chris always goes above and beyond. Good to see him moving up in the company. For his first couple days he was doing awesome. Great hires. Whoever washed my car -thank you. And the kid that wasnt afraid to go into the purse that I have nothing in besides my keys and work crap (I gave him permission to get my keys out) thank you for that! The only reason I wouldn't recommend McGrath is the service I received when buying. Cant lie! You have a great team working as service advisors. Cant wait to come back for my fluid flushes like Jason recommended. More

Very deceptive If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I brought my car in for service for a rattle during start up, the same rattle that was fixed almos If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I brought my car in for service for a rattle during start up, the same rattle that was fixed almost to the day a year ago. I was told one story as to why it was happening, was told it was fixed, paid the money and left. 2 days later the same rattle is there and they tell me now that it's the same part that they replaced a year ago but I was out of the warranty by 800 miles. I then paid to have the same part replaced again, was told it was fixed. 3 days later the same rattle is back. By then I am extremely upset being that I paid twice and was told it was 2 different things and its still happening. I then was told to bring it back so they can take a look again, at this point my car was there almost a month, after another week I'm then told its now something else and it's going to cost 800+. I told them let me think about it and I will let you know. 2 days later I get a call that says your car is ready..they put the new parts on without my permission and Scott even confirmed there was no authorization. They then take my parts out of the garbage and put them back on the car. On the write up they wrote that I authorized them to do the work and then backed out once the work was done which never happened. They also wrote that the parts from my car came from the garbage. I talked to the service manager and some "acting" managers and got the same run around. I then get a call from Joe D who says he wants to correct the situation to make it right. After explaining everything that happened he then tells me that he's the used car sales manager and tries to sell me a new car so I wouldn't have to deal with the problems I'm having anymore. When I told him I didn't want a new car he said he would let the service manager know and have them call me. Still no call weeks later. This place is unreliable and deceptive and I will never do business with this place again and will ensure that my company no longer buys cars from this place. More
