Don was adamant that we should go to MrGrath Honda when it was time to get anther car because of their service and customer satisfaction would be in alignment with me. In sales I worked with Elvis H. He was great. He listened to what we were looking at in a vehicle, was never pushy, and was able to present us with a significant variety of options to choose from. As a very picky person, we test drove no less than 7 different cars. Throughout the entire process, Elvis was professional, patient, and we able to answer every question I had (and I had a LOT). One thing that made Elvis stand out over other sales associates (across multiple dealerships) was how incredibly knowledgeable of the product he was. In every model and package level he was able to show and demonstrate all the different features that differentiated the different models and help us see what each package and trim level came with and helped us determine if the added or lower prices were worth the change for us as individual consumers. In the end, a Honda Accord was what best fit our needs. We found the color, options, and trim that was what we were looking for. After working in sales we worked directly with Luis in finance who was awesome! Being detail oriented, I again asked a LOT of questions. Similar to Elvis, he was very professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish, my experience with McGrath Honda was very positive. The staff were amazing to work with and I found them to be incredibly patient and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! I am sure the other sales and finance staff are good, but I would recommend you ask for Elvis in sales and Luis in finance. More
