NOW, I not only had a good experience but an outstanding one. I was fortunate enough to have Anthony Juliano as my salesperson. A exceptional, outstanding person. I don't have enough adjectives to describe the service I received. Anthony is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and most of all caring. I started my car buying journey in January. I had a decision to make! Should I keep my car, a C RV, get a new one, maybe smaller, and of course cost entered into whatever decision I made. Anthony didn't try to influence me or push me into a decision. He was my sounding board offering thoughtful questions and comments that made me think. I know and felt he had my best interest at heart. Due to some minor health issues I put my car decision on hold. At the beginning of March I called and set an appointment with Anthony, still not sure what I wanted to do. After several more visits and lots of thought, I decided to lease a new C RV. It's a beautiful red, love it. I’m very pleased and comfortable with my decision. I must mention the service and attention I received from McGrath Honda. When I walked in the door the receptionist gave my a nice smile and a welcoming " how can I help you". I don't know if many business realize how important that first contact is, it sets the tone for going forward. The sales manager and financial persons were outstanding. They know who they are, being a senior senior I can't recall their names right now. But they too were excellent. I know I've almost written a book but bottom line --- ANTHONY JULIANO is the Best. Buying a car from McGrath Honda was an excellent experience. They must be complimented on the fact they have employed excellent, knowledgeable, and caring people. I got something completely different. I met Anthony who was fun and was looking out for my best interests. He made sure the car we got me was affordable and exactly what I was looking for. He's amazing at dealing with clients, which as a hairdresser is something I constantly have to do myself. I would recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone who is looking for someone who will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. More

Watch out for 'hidden charges' Such a poor experience. Drove one hour to test drive car. Negotiated a deal with Aldo to walk out the door. He went to his manager and suddenly needed $800 more dollars. The agreement also listed the "McGrath Package for $600." This is their one year car wash/ding/dent service. In the advertisement, this cost was INCLUDED in the price. During negotiations this got ADDED to the price. COMPLETELY UN COOL. Truly lived up to the the used car salesman reputation. I would not recommend buying a car from them. If you do, be prepared to get lied to and charged extra. More
