I had purchased a vehicle for my wife here a couple of years ago and went back when it was time to replace my own car. My initial contact was Jason since I inquired via their website first. When I went to the dealership on a February night when it was probably 0 degrees or colder, Jason introduced me to Aldo and he test drove a couple cars with me and came up with a great price. Since it was so cold, I really couldn't make a decision that night. I stayed in touch with them for a couple of weeks while I investigated other cars. When I was ready to go back, Jim helped me out on several extended test drives in the same day. We'd take a 20-30 minute loop then adjust the seat and steering while and repeat. and repeat. and repeat. I finally found the settings I was looking for. The whole time Jim respected my need to do this and didn't pressure me. When we got back to the dealership, he honored Aldo's price without question. Overall the dealership has been great. Great perks such as the car wash. We've serviced our other car their and found their prices to be fair. I'd definitely look to purchase from them again. One last thing, my other car was an Acura which I purchased for the high level of service that the Acura dealers offer, I mention this because this Honda dealer offers the same high level of service I got with the Acura. More

We originally reach out to McGrath to purchase a used BMW, after discovering with the help of our mechanic that the car needed $4K in major repairs we decided to put our purchase on hold. Anthony was so friendly we decided to follow his recommendation and look at a Pilot. During our initial meeting he asked probing questions regarding our needs and wants with our new vehicle. What we were looking for was an ideal fit for the Pilot and without his assistance we may have looked for another X5 at a different dealership. As you probably know, many customers get extremely frustrated during the car buying experience, we were no exception. Last Friday night we were at your dealership until around 11:00 and our 10 year old daughter continued to tell us she wanted to go home due to the stressful day she had at school. Simply put, she deserved more than she was getting at the dealership. I guess I don’t remember how stressful 4th grade can be. Anthony helped her relax (which helped us relax) but performing magic tricks for our Katie.
