New Lease This was a painless experience for me and my wife. I turned in my old 2015 CR-V 4 months early due to a phone call from your dealership. They said my This was a painless experience for me and my wife. I turned in my old 2015 CR-V 4 months early due to a phone call from your dealership. They said my old CR-V was wanted and I could trade up to a newer CR-V if I was inclined to do so. My wife and I talked to Kim Burkett and she was very informational. She asked me if I wanted to upgrade from what I had, I said I would. So the process started. After she listened to what my suggestions were she drove up the car I wanted, took it for a drive, talked about leasing vs financing then decided to lease it. Kim was very informative about the workings of the car as well as the computer. If there were anything negative about the ordeal was the time it took to finalize the deal, it took approx. 6 hrs. I think this could be done a lot sooner. Maybe keep this in mind for the future.I love the car. More
