The best dealership I've ever been in! I was looking to lease a car for my aging parents but had absolutely no time to do it because of my busy travel schedule. I called the dealership and basically told them that I wanted to get as much preliminary work done as possible. My goal was to bring in my parents in about a month, sign the paperwork, and GO! My awesome experience started with Matt Brinkmann who helped me get all the answers I needed about leasing. He was patient and kept in regular email/phone contact with me until I was able to come into the dealership. When it was time to purchase, I brought my parents in on a Saturday to test drive and finalize the sale. We were all treated with respect and had an enjoyable experience at the dealership. Aldo Mendoza was my sales guy and he was terrific. We requested a lot of different leasing options and he was more than willing to figure out the number so we could make the right decision. In fact, he had hurt his leg the night before and was visibly limping and in pain, YET he still came in to meet me at our scheduled time. The rest of the sales experience was terrific. The facilities at McGrath is world class and everyone was pleasant and patient. I've bought cars from BMW, AUDI, and NISSAN and will say that this experience was the best ever! We worked together via email and phone to get the paperwork ready before I arrived, then Anthony moved swiftly to make sure I was happily driving my Honda Pilot out of the dealership in a very short amount of time. No Patels Dealership busy when we went by. Only salesman walked passed me like I was not even there. When he went to other saleman he said it to him it was to Dealership busy when we went by. Not Trustworthy, plays games, Waste of time I am extremely disappointed how we were treated not by the sales rep per say but by the manager named Julian. He was dishonest and changed his verbal agreement. He wasted my and my family's time. I value trust very highly which clearly is not managers forte. Sorry for the hard words, but we were not happy one bit. I was told on the phone that Julian has approved a price which beats the quote I got from another dealership. I then go in to make the purchase based on the price we agreed on phone. When we walked in, our sales rep was reminded buy their internet department that Julian has agreed to 34K out the door. When we sit down 30 mins later, I get a price of 1K more than was we agreed to. Then they start playing games like: "oh we thought you were in this county vs that so now the taxes are higher. Even with that the difference in taxes is 1% which is like 350 USD not 1K. Then they come back saying if you finance then we can give you price x which is 500 usd more than what we agreed to. They were clearly playing games. Why should I pay even a penny more than what we agreed to. At that point Julian comes out saying I can't give you that price and that he never agreed to a price. Terrible experience I came in looking to purchase a used car for my new teen driver. After looking at a couple of models, we chose one we thought would make a good fit. John Ridings refused to discuss any sort of negotiation with us. He was extremely condescending to me, and made me feel like I was not worth his time. I had never been told that the sticker price was the final price. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak with to who had the ability to negotiate, he informed me that he was the GM and made all decisions. He said that his cars sell themselves, and if I wanted a better deal I needed to go somewhere else. That is exactly what we did! That very same day I purchased a vehicle just miles away from McGrath. I was insulted and annoyed with how I was treated, and embarrassed by how disrespected I was in front of my teen. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone! More

NOW, I not only had a good experience but an outstanding one. I was fortunate enough to have Anthony Juliano as my salesperson. A exceptional, outstanding person. I don't have enough adjectives to describe the service I received. Anthony is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and most of all caring. I started my car buying journey in January. I had a decision to make! Should I keep my car, a C RV, get a new one, maybe smaller, and of course cost entered into whatever decision I made. Anthony didn't try to influence me or push me into a decision. He was my sounding board offering thoughtful questions and comments that made me think. I know and felt he had my best interest at heart. Due to some minor health issues I put my car decision on hold. At the beginning of March I called and set an appointment with Anthony, still not sure what I wanted to do. After several more visits and lots of thought, I decided to lease a new C RV. It's a beautiful red, love it. I’m very pleased and comfortable with my decision. I must mention the service and attention I received from McGrath Honda. When I walked in the door the receptionist gave my a nice smile and a welcoming " how can I help you". I don't know if many business realize how important that first contact is, it sets the tone for going forward. The sales manager and financial persons were outstanding. They know who they are, being a senior senior I can't recall their names right now. But they too were excellent. I know I've almost written a book but bottom line --- ANTHONY JULIANO is the Best. Buying a car from McGrath Honda was an excellent experience. They must be complimented on the fact they have employed excellent, knowledgeable, and caring people.
