Apology accepted and I appreciate the message. I also sent you a letter with the basically the same information I put above. I was venting and didn't think the dealers actually checked the site. It's nice to know they do because we worked with some really great sales people at different dealerships the last couple of weeks. I don't know if Sonny was just having a bad day but his attitude was out of line. I already have a negative view of car sales people because of past experiences. I could see if he was swamped with customers that he would not have time to pull a car around but we were literally the only customers in the building. Having an attitude towards the customer has a huge negative affect. We are still looking for a SUV for my son. I will keep my eye on your website for anything that fits what we require. Again, thank you very much for the message.
