Visited on 4/25 & met at door by Mohanad to discuss viewing & driving used models Honda Accord and Camry. Wanted to think it over. Scheduled appt to return Mon 4/28 & drove several cars. Since cash deal wanted to ensure money transferred to our acct. before returning on 4/30 (Mo off on 4/29) to complete the purchase. Scheduled appt. & reminded by text, e-mail & phone WOW. Now we know that wasn't helpful. When we returned on 4/30 the car was sold. That was a big disappointment. Time to drive cars again. Thanks to Mo's patience & understanding Re: money I do get it from dealer's point of view. So purchased 2025 Camry. Since it was cash deal, why credit check? My acct is frozen & sure don't carry my PIN with me. That was a big waste of time I ended up showing them an email from the bank. Mohanad Alzaeem direct but friendly & not pushy. Excellent communication about the entire process. When one hasn't purchased car in years, forget about all the paperwork. More
