Service advisor Monika was fabulous. She was thorough while explaining the service my car needed. I asked her about touch up painting (which I had not mentioned to any one else) ; we wal She was thorough while explaining the service my car needed. I asked her about touch up painting (which I had not mentioned to any one else) ; we walked around my car together so she could take & forward photos of the scratches/chips so she could forward those to the paint guy. I didn't feel rushed. Monika spent a lot of time preparing the service order to be sure everything I requested was included. I love that you provide shuttle service. Both of the drivers were friendly & courteous. I'm sorry I didn't catch the first driver's name, but both he & Victor were exceptional. More

Oil change service was speedy and I was informed about needed fluid changes. In addition, I stopped in to have my tires checked a few weeks ago...staff was concerned and "patched" my tire. Oil Chnage service was speedy and within the 1. 25 hour estimate. I have the 'McGrath" service warranty and there was some confusion on what is included (oil changes, yes.
