Oil change & misc Brought car in for 10,000 mile oil change. Had rails I bought put on. Not happy I can't get xm fixed. XM says they can't do anymore to help me, to hav Brought car in for 10,000 mile oil change. Had rails I bought put on. Not happy I can't get xm fixed. XM says they can't do anymore to help me, to have dealership fix the problem. Honda duplicated the problem, tried factory resetting it and I still have the same problem. Was told it's XM's problem on their side. It's the same old "it's their problem, not ours." So, now I have to go back and forth how many times until my problem is fixed? Aggravated. More

Painless I was "checked in" by Esteban. I sat in the waiting room for some TV, Had a couple of hot chocolate drinks and about 55 minutes Esteban came in and w I was "checked in" by Esteban. Service visit I am always greeted in a courteous and professional manner by the service team. Even when I am taken care of by one member, another member would see m I am always greeted in a courteous and professional manner by the service team. Even when I am taken care of by one member, another member would see me from a previous visit and come up to me and ask me how I am doing. The sales team would also do this if they see me in the waiting area. They are very thorough when my vehicle is serviced, and point out discrepancies, but there is no pressure. I wouldn't even think of bringing my vehicle to another dealer! More
