My sales experience was horrible. After finally getter the van home, and then realizing they gave me the wrong one. I was supposed to have a EX-L with DVD and Nav RES. But just received the EX-L. Then aft the van home, and then realizing they gave me the wrong one. I was supposed to have a EX-L with DVD and Nav RES. But just received the EX-L. Then after calling all day, I finally get the correct van, I was handed the keys and walked out to the van with all the stickers still attached and no floor mats installed. I asked the salesman what was up with all the stickers still attached. Oh sorry they messed up. Then after 2 hr. of that problem, Im finally in the van to pull out. And the backup camera does not work. That this point I was ready to walk. Again I have never been thought such a horrible car buying experience before. But I do have a positive out of this. It was in the finance office with Jason Landgraf. He was the only bright point of this experience. More
