The experience was a very positive one! I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was not a problem. The service manager estimated that the length of the appointment might be as l I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was not a problem. The service manager estimated that the length of the appointment might be as long as 90-100 minutes, because I chose to have a warranty issue taken care of as well.
