He was extremely polite I was lucky enough to have CJ Juanico be my first contact at McGrath St. Charles, when I went to look at the hybrid Insight. He is also very knowledgeable, and was able to demonstrate the features of the Insight with competence (and patience for my lack of knowledge!). His follow up over the next few days was equally respectful, with excellent communication on any and all of my questions. His helpfulness and integrity were big factors in my decision to buy the car. Found a car we really liked and thought Luis the sales person was dealing with us fairly. He committed to a firm price both in writing and in person and then put us in front of a shark named Max that gave us the classic dealership treatment. Why can't these guys evolve?? First we noticed body damage that they failed to disclose. Then they added $1,000 to the firm price and over $2,000 in "accessories" to the deal. We walked out angry and frustrated over the amount of time and energy we wasted. Honda makes great cars but they really need to evolve their sales process into the the 21st century. More
