normal service I was in for routine oil change, tire rotation etc. I waited for about ten minutes before i was approached and then was told my wait time would be ab I was in for routine oil change, tire rotation etc. I waited for about ten minutes before i was approached and then was told my wait time would be about an hour. It was over an hour and a half. The service member that I worked with was friendly and updated a couple of times on the process. More

Took Impeccable care of the customer! Needed fuel injectors replaced on Pilot- Service center called Honda got them to honor a lower price (since out of mfg warranty by 3k miles) then the Needed fuel injectors replaced on Pilot- Service center called Honda got them to honor a lower price (since out of mfg warranty by 3k miles) then the dealer covered the rest of the repair! Zach did a great job answering all my questions/concerns, got things figured out fast, car was repaired in 4 hours... all of this took place in the same day. He made sure everything was taken care of and I was happy. I have worked with CJ before in the service center - very approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Always a great experience! Brent worked out the dealership portion of the repair. Felt like my concerns were a priority! He came up to me after the repair was done to introduce himself and ask if all was taken care of. Very nice, touch. Great customer service all around. We will be back in the future!! More
