1st experience with the service department Had my Odyssey in for under coating and checking for a moon roof leak. Called to schedule and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Service has gone downhill! I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Rolled in my car to the service area, was the only car there for about 7-8 min, nobody aknowled I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Rolled in my car to the service area, was the only car there for about 7-8 min, nobody aknowledged the presence, then another car lined up behind me, in about 10 more minutes technitian came out....and went straight to the car behind me. I watched him taking care of the other customer then cam out and asked why my car was ignored for 20 minutes. THE EXCUSE I WAS GIVEN IS THAT I WAS SITTING IN MY CAR AND THEY DID'N NOTICE. How in the world do you not notice the car waiting for being serviced?!?! Plus this is my 3rd Honda and nobody had ever told me to get out of the car while waiting for someone to come to see if I needed help. IDIOTIC! I asked for the service manager, the young guy came out and right away told me that I did not get service because I was inside my car. He defended the technician who told him why that had happened. I also did tire rotation, went home and indicators showed "Low tire pressure", no holes were found later but I had to go back to take care of this as they did not properly serviced the tires either. This is not the firsr time you get crappy service there, I drive for UBER and LYFT and people ask about the car and where I bought it and how the service is there. So from my previous experiences when service was descent now I there's nothing good to tell. There were multiples of other issues in the past but I'll leave it alone. The only thing I know the service is much worse. More
