The buy process of the vehicle was alright but their service department is useless and incompetent. Had to that the vehicle back in a couple days after purchase for an exhaust leak and other issues. Was told from the sales manager that they new about the problem but the sales department and service department don't talk to each other so they sold us a vehicle with known issues. They were supposed to fix these issues but instead my vehicle has been in the shop 4 or more time since purchasing 9/28/23 and they still haven't fixed the problems. Plus they wanted to charge be $159 diagnostic fee for each of the problems. Should happened when its been in here for the same problems over and over again and they arent fixing them We just got the vehicle back today and the report stated on multiple issues that they couldn't duplicate the problems. Got in my vehicle and magically all of the issues were still there. Had we known about all the issues upfront we wouldn't have purchases the vehicle. Asked for the out the door price from Jose. He seemed reluctant and not interested in selling. He said I would get it emailed to me.
