The McGrath Automotive Group was founded in 1964. Leo McGrath purchased McBride Buick in Elgin, Illinois after working with Buick Motor Division as a District Sales and Service Manager. His son, Gary McGrath, began working for him at a young age experiencing every aspect of the automotive business. In 1971 Gary purchased the Buick Franchise from Leo and a few years later opened his first Honda dealership next door. Honda in St Charles was later added to better serve the west suburbs. We continue to pride ourselves on treating our customers with respect and honesty.

I bought the car on a Saturday and I purchased under coating. I picked the car up on a Wednesday and the undercoating had not been applied. Why not? Today I had an appointment to have the undercoating p coating. I picked the car up on a Wednesday and the undercoating had not been applied. Why not? Today I had an appointment to have the undercoating put on and I had arranged ahead of time for a loaner. But it took an hour to process getting a loaner. I dropped my car off, and I waited an hour until the loaner was ready. That’s unacceptable. More
