I was especially impressed with the employees who worked with me to finalize everything. Although Jason met me that day, I worked most closely with a new salesperson and the dealership's finance manager, both of whom were exceptionally friendly and the opposite of my experience with the stereotypical folks at dealerships in the past. And I was in and out in less than two hours. More

First time visiting this dealership and met with the salesman Wayne Ricks. Identified the car I was interested in and took it for a test drive. I was happy to hear this and told him I’m ready to move forward. He said to arrange the inspection first, and then we’ll finalize the terms afterward. I asked multiple times if the car would be on hold for us, even offering a deposit. Wayne reassured me the car would be held for us and a deposit was not needed. I made arrangements right away and was ready to pick up the car, only to receive a text a couple hours later that the car was sold. No explanation beyond that. I understand they’re in it to sell as soon as possible, but there’s no need to lie to a customer. I would not recommend a business whose word is so flimsy. More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the first time I walked into the dealership, not a single person got up from their desk to ask if I needed help. Once I found someone to help me From the first time I walked into the dealership, not a single person got up from their desk to ask if I needed help. Once I found someone to help me look at a car I found on their website and test drive it, I decided to purchase it. I gave the dealership 4 days' notice of when I would be picking it up and confirmed with them. On pick-up day, the car was still dirty from the previous owner. No wipe down inside, no vacuum, and there were old food crumbs in the middle console. They also lied to me about the tires, telling me they were a 6-7, and when I found old paperwork from the previous owner, they were rated at 4-5. They also did not put the license plate holder on the front of the car, and told me that I'd have to put it on and purchase it. Every time after that, when I tried to call the dealership, they never answered my call and never called me back after leaving a voicemail. This whole process was very frustrating. I will never recommend this place or going there for service again. More
