When we came in for a test-drive we had planned to go test drive another car afterward but after outstanding service from Shawn and Jeff at McGrath. I must say Doug did everything possible for me to get a fantastic rate with extended warranty. I was very please with his diligence in looking at all possible options that i could choose from. Once completed it was off to Nick to demo the car. We spent two days going over things that weren't in my original car and highlighted other service that I may be interested in the future. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back again. More

We purchased our last Lexus RX from McGrath as well as this 2013 and Julie was our salesperson. She was friendly, answers calls and emails and always accomodating. Most of the employees at McGrath are welcoming and friendly. When we wanted a new Lexus we came back to McGrath and asked for Julie. Tony was very helpful in resolving an issue I had. Rich is always accomodating in service and treats us good and always has a loaner for us. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain the functions of the vehicle with patience and friendliness. Mr. Bell made the transaction go as quickly as possible. There was another female salesperson (who I can not remember her name think she had blode hair) that also helped us on a day we came in even though Julie was our salesperson, she still took time with us to answer our questions. I would recommend this pareticular McGrath dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
