We purchased an ES 350 and it was hassle free, good price with great basic options which you would definitely pay extra in other makes. We then met Frank from financing who explained the finance process and gave us a great rate. After we signed all the papers Maria Titova delivery specialist went through every nuck and cranie of the car with us. Overall Lexus staff was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Smooth process all the way. They all made us feel important and continously reminded us that they would be there for us anytime needed. More

The staff was attentive and courteous, willing to answer my questions without hesitation! The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, yet professional. The amenities within the dealer are many! I know when I bring my Lexus in for an oil change, I can sit in the deli, enjoy a cup of Starbucks, munch on a sandwich and even check my email where a bank of computers line the wall, neat and inviting! There's even a well stocked play area for the children! I was very impressed with the staff that I met, each and every person took the time to shake my hand and welcome me! Originally spoke and met with Gary Sowell to discuss pre owned. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and didnt try to push me or sell me anything on his agenda. He listened to my needs. After a week of thinking about it, I decided to go back and Gary was not there, so Jack Martell assisted me. Jack was nice as well. I drove a few cars, and like Gary, Jack wasnt trying to push one car or another on me, he let me decide. The buying experience was "old school" which I didnt like. "Make me an offer" type of haggling. Not a fan of that, but understand it is what it is when buying a car, especially a pre owned car. I do not hold that against them, just a preferance of mine. I would prefer the price listed is the price paid, and trust the dealership that is their lowest price. Jeff (don't have his last name, sorry) was great showing me the car. He went over everything, even the things I knew, just in case. VERY friendly, and we discussed music and concerts. I liked that everyone treated me as a person and not just a consumer. I liked that Jeff said "welcome to the Lexus family" made me feel that I purchased more than a car, but am purchasing a lifetime of support. One reason I decided to spend extra money on a Lexus because of what comes with a Lexus, which is this type of individualized service. Overall a very good, low pressure experience. I had a few questions a few days later, and Gary set me up with Denis to come in so the service dept can take a look at it. Denis was awesome, and though I hope I never see him again since I hope the car will never break down, he was great. More

Mike LaGiglio was wonderful to work with in purchasing our 'new' preowned vehicle. He came in on his day off to help us.
