Trading-in my car and buying a pre-owned vehicle at McGrath Lexus was an easy and pleasurable experience. McGrath's professionalism made it easy every step of the way. I was able to provide my current car's VIN number over the phone and ask them for their best pricing on my trade-in and the car I wanted to buy. The price was fair so I drove down to McGrath Lexus of Chicago, test drove the car I wanted, enjoyed some complementary coffee in the lounge and easily came to a win-win negotiation. Even after the sale, McGrath threw in some extra's including a full tank of gas, ongoing free car washes and discounts on accessories for my new (used car) which seems brand new after their certification program that extends the warranty 3 more years. Once again, the entire experience was easy, fair and enjoyable. All dealerships should work this way! More

Mike Lagiglio's service was above and beyond. I flew in from Kentucky to look at a pre-owned LS. Mike personally picked me up from the airport and had the car ready for my arrival. He had already checked the car out to make sure that I wouldn't be disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. It was everything he said it was, he even checked to see if the vehicle had both original keys! We went on the test drive, including a short stint on the highway and return by way of the city streets. Mike was quiet during the test drive, yet responsive to my questions, a perfect environment (no distractions) to let me decide how I liked the car. The car drove beautifully. Upon returning, Mike set me up at a work station so that I could check on a few work items while I waited to finalize the sale. Once the papers were signed, he took me back out to the vehicle and took the time to show me how to quickly program the electronics (GPS, aircon, radio) to help me get back home. He also gave me some bottled water for the drive. From the pick-up from the airport to saying good-bye, the entire process was professional and seamless. Not a typical car buying experience. As for the dealership itself, the vehicle I chose was a hard to find, "Ultra" model. They had 3 (!) available with different colors/year/mileage. The business office was efficient, professional and honest. More
