I began my car search while living in Cleveland. Julie was helpful long before I actually arrived to Chicago to discuss buying the RX350. From the moment I walked into the dealership, she listened to the concerns my husband and I had and did everything she could to ease them. As I waited for my car to arrive, she made it a point that I was not in a difficult situation without a vehicle, and helped to arrange for a loaner until my car arrived. Even after I picked up my new RX350, I realized that I forgot an item in the loaner and she began assisting my from home while on her vacation so that I could regain my item. Nick was fabulous! He was very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the RX350. Even on a very busy Saturday, he took all the time needed to make sure that I knew how to take full advantage of me vehicle. Though the parking lot was packed, Nick was able to maneuver us outside so that I could correctly program my new car & understand its features. He was great! More

As far as salesmanship and customer service, Austin was great. He was upfront and honest and in turn sent me pictures of the car and it's condition (with a scratch) before my wife took the train from St. L great. Picking her up from the train stating was an added plus as well. The issue was at closing and the lack of communication. We submitted a cashiers check in the amount of $17,000 and were going to place the balance on AX only to find out this was unacceptable. It was stated to my wife by Brian in financing this was explained to me before hand in our prior conversation. This was not the case at all, in fact he was happy to take my credit card information to place a hold on the card and based on that procedure we felt we could charge the remaining $700+ on the card. Luckily my wife happen to have a check with her and now we are having to make adjustments to cover the situation. I did speak with a couple of people but do not feel anyone really cares after the sale. More
