I began my car search while living in Cleveland. Julie was helpful long before I actually arrived to Chicago to discuss buying the RX350. From the moment I walked into the dealership, she listened to the was helpful long before I actually arrived to Chicago to discuss buying the RX350. From the moment I walked into the dealership, she listened to the concerns my husband and I had and did everything she could to ease them. As I waited for my car to arrive, she made it a point that I was not in a difficult situation without a vehicle, and helped to arrange for a loaner until my car arrived. Even after I picked up my new RX350, I realized that I forgot an item in the loaner and she began assisting my from home while on her vacation so that I could regain my item. Nick was fabulous! He was very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the RX350. Even on a very busy Saturday, he took all the time needed to make sure that I knew how to take full advantage of me vehicle. Though the parking lot was packed, Nick was able to maneuver us outside so that I could correctly program my new car & understand its features. He was great! More
