McGrath Lexus of Chicago Sales Team (John Irantos, Matt Fenton, Nick Novelli, and Noah Petro) did a superb job in my purchase of a new 2024 Lexus LX600 Luxury. John Irantos (my Sale Rep) was perfect in ha Fenton, Nick Novelli, and Noah Petro) did a superb job in my purchase of a new 2024 Lexus LX600 Luxury. John Irantos (my Sale Rep) was perfect in handling the whole process end-to-end, from the first interaction via phone to meeting in person the next day and test driving, to arranging for a personal technology tutorial, and to following up with the documents department to ensure that I get my Title and Registration as fast as possible. Matt (General Sales Manager) was very understanding to my request and ensured that the MCO gets UPS’d overnight to the local DMV. My experience with McGrath Lexus of Chicago started when I called John to inquire about a new car with a specific VIN. He put me on hold and went to check his inventory. He then came back with the great news that he had an identical car ready for pick up while the one I inquired about was still in transit to the dealer and would take 2-3 weeks to be ready for pick up. John paid close attention to what I was interested in and was able to find an exact match in record time. I was able to reserve the car then drive it home the next day. John did an excellent job ensuring that my time at the dealer was efficiently utilized. I was ready to drive home in less than an hour from arriving at the dealer. That hour included looking at the car, test driving, and 7 minutes with the Business Manager (Noah Petro) to sign the paperwork. To ensure that I can enjoy my new LX600 right away, John arranged for the great Master Technology Specialist (Nick Novelli) to spend two hours giving me a one-on-one tutorial on everything in the car inside out. There is nothing that Nick doesn’t know about Lexus technology. This has been the best car purchase experience I ever had and I have been buying a new luxury car every few years. The experience was amazing! More

Big thanks to Mike L and Doug Bell for making my internet purchase of a hard-to-find BMW M240i about as easy as it could be from 2000 miles away. ROBERT ZUNIGA doesn’t know how to talk to costumers, unprofessional, rude. I came with the problem and he didn’t solve it. I most recently leased a Lexus RX 350 Premium Plus and the reason why I have kept going to McGrath Lexus in Chicago for over the last two decades is because of the excellent customer service provided. I generally will only speak to Mike Tumilty when my car leases are up. However, Mike is semi-retired and referred me to Julie Hill who represented Lexus well. She expressed an appreciation of what my needs were and what I wanted. Given I specially wanted the color green she kept me up to date as we waited for the car to come in. My Team consists now of Julie Hill, Mike Tumilty (Sales), Doug Bell (Finance) and Mark McLawhorn (Service). Over the years they continue to go up and above the call of duty every time I have sought their assistance when selecting my Lexus cars . They are my extended family and I feel confident that they are always considering my best interest at heart. You can't buy that type of service and commitment to quality and excellence that these individuals provide. Please note that I have not had any issues with any of the cars that I have leased over the last couple of decades and that has to do with which dealership you go to when you are making such an investment. An individual not only invest in a car but the Team behind the car. They are my Go-To-Team and their commitment to excellence is consistent. McGrath Lexus of Chicago is the only dealership I will continue to obtain my cars from. More

Bought a car from out of state here to replace my wife's totaled car(specific color/trim). I would now trust them as far as I can throw them. "this car has no imperfections that will upset your bride" he tells me by phone. Different story when I saw the car in person. But here I was, 2 states away with them holding my check. They fixed a large scuff across the hood on the spot and told me the spots on the door would come right off with wd40. After a 2 stage paint correction and no real response from the team at McGrath, well that's still not true. My bride is unhappy. The mostly uncorrectable acid etching on the door is a constant reminder of what Lexus used to be. Here we are 3 months later and they're still asking me for documents(that I have already submitted) to finish the sale. Shame on me for trusting a salesman, but learn from my lesson. My opinion? Out of state? Run away. Local? Shop elsewhere. More
