I am ashamed to say that I can vividly remember calling her on a Sunday and her answering the phone by the 2nd ring and answering all of my questions without hesitation. This alone has built a solid foundation for the relationship that I have with Julie Hill and MLofC. I went to McGrath Lexus with my wife about 3 weeks ago in hopes to purchase a new car. We met with Julie Hill as our sales associate. Julie was excellent. But mostly, we were impressed with Julie Hill. She was a joy to speak to, and it really showed that she cared. We did not purchase a car from McGrath. In fact, we still have not purchased a car. But we have decided on a different car make all together. We are just in the process of locating a color/trim for delivery. But I just wanted to write a quick review because of the lasting impression we had of Ms. Hill at McGrath. Even though we didn't purchase a car with her, we look forward to hopefully making a purchase with her in the future. More

I purchased a certified used lexus and noticed some monior issues with the car after I took the car home. I called my sales rep Mike LaGiglio and he quickly addressed and fixed these issues eventhough monior issues with the car after I took the car home.
