This was my first experience at McGrath Lexus of Chicago and it couldn't have been better. My sales associate, Russ Raskin, was the consummate professional. In fact, everyone was terrific including Sharon Gale, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and Business Manager, Maen Judeh. I highly recommend McGrath Lexus of Chicago and particularly Russ Raskin to anyone looking to purchase an automobile. The process was seamless, hassle free and enjoyable. On another note, I'm extremely impressed with the dealership as they have an incredible lounge/waiting area that includes a cafe, big screen TV with comfortable leather chairs, free wi-fi, a children's playroom and putting green, not to mention complimentary massages, shoe shines and free car washes. Looking forward to my first service visit! More

McGrath Lexus was the third Lexus dealership I had contacted in my pursuit of acquiring a RX 350. Much to my dismay, the first two dealerships were less than desirable. I found my communications wit contacted in my pursuit of acquiring a RX 350. Much to my dismay, the first two dealerships were less than desirable. I found my communications with Mr. Novelli to be refreshing. Mr. Novelli presented as friendly and I appreciated his willingness to take me seriously. I was impressed with Mr. Novelli's level of preparedness upon our first contact as he had researched the inventory of used cars within my specifications and price range and had several selected for my review. Mr. Novelli quickly moved through the completion of my paperwork and negotiating on a responsible price. My past experiences had led me to believe this process would be extremely time consuming and frustrating. Much to my surprise, this was not my experience. In addition, Mr. Novelli was very receptive to my requests for repairs to the body damage observed to the vehicle. He acted promptly in making arrangements for this work to be completed in order for me to take timely possession of the vehicle. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience and have already recommended Nick Novelli to my family and several friends for their future car purchasing needs. More

I had a very good experience with McGrath Lexus of Chicago. It started with a phone call which Sean Shumpert took from me. I had seen a description of an automobile on the website and wondered if I Chicago. It started with a phone call which Sean Shumpert took from me. I had seen a description of an automobile on the website and wondered if I could see some pictures. Sean took pictures and sent them immediately to my phone and then followed up with a phone call. I live 4 hours from the dealership, so I wanted to be pretty sure about the car before making the trip. After talking to Sean - I decided to make the drive. Unfortunately, it was a Friday afternoon and traffic was horrible. I didn't make it to the dealership until almost closing time. Sean was very nice and didn't appear put out. He showed me the car, and I wasn't really as happy with it as I thought I would be, so I asked him if I could see others since I had driven all that way. Sean showed me several, and I chose a couple to test drive. I selected one and purchased it that night. I was very impressed with how helpful Sean and the rest of the staff were for staying 3 hours past closing time on a Friday night. Sean told me to call him the next day so I did and told him about two tail light issues and headlight condensation. He said it would be no problem to bring the car back in and McGrath would take care of it. The following Tuesday, I brought the car back in and had the headlights and a tail light bulb replaced and had a tail reflector put back in the back bumper. I think with a little better detailing - these items would have been found before I purchased the automobile, but maybe the dealership hadn't had the car that long (that's why I rated the quality of work and overall experience as "good"). I ended up being at the dealership for 7 hours that day which was kind of long, but in the end, I was happy I did to get the issues taken care of. Sean is the reason for the "Great" Customer Service and Friendliness Ratings. Thanks. More
