This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership servicing my car. I took the car there after a bad experience at Bredemann Lexus. There were 3 recalls out on my 2006 Lexus and I jus a dealership servicing my car. I took the car there after a bad experience at Bredemann Lexus. There were 3 recalls out on my 2006 Lexus and I just purchased it about 1 year ago. Robert was awesome and took great care of me. They even found an issue with my brakes that was missed during the inspection at Bredemann and replaced my brakes free of charge even though they were not under warranty! I didn't even buy my car at McGrath- I bought it at Bredemann but McGrath took care of the things Bredemann missed and they were aweseome to deal with! Needless to say, I won't go back to Bredemann ever again. I am not sure about McGrath for sales but will definitely give them first shot at my business the next time I buy another Lexus. I will definitely continue to use them for service! Amanda More

It has been a pleasure doing business with McGrath Lexus for nearly a decade. Our 99 RX300 Odometer turned over to 100K in our driveway Monday 8/25/08. This car has been the most carefree and dependable for nearly a decade. Our 99 RX300 Odometer turned over to 100K in our driveway Monday 8/25/08. This car has been the most carefree and dependable vehicle we have ever owned. It was purchased in 2/99 to replace our seven year old mini-van as our second child went off to college. That son has now graduated from the U of I, worked for five years and returned to MIT Business School. Although my "sports car in high heels", as I so fondly refer to the RX300, doesn't have the same get up and go as when brand new, it is still luxuriously comfortable on the road. It has helped move our three children in and out of college. Even our youngest is using it now to facilitate her downtown Chicago move during second year law school. I would never consider replacing this car with anything other than another RX300 from McGrath Lexus of Chicago. The combination of style, function, comfort and durability are the benchmarks of what we look for in a car. The fact that it has taken so little time and money to maintain for nine plus years is wickedly delicious icing on the very pretty cake. Went there looking for the New Lexus IS-F. I was introduced to Andy Miodynski in Sales. He is the "expert" on the IS-F's. Very impressed, as I was looking at the BMW M3 too. After an extended test drive that was more than just a few right turns, I knew I wanted the car. I took the StarFire pearl one sitting on their showroom. What really suprised me was the fact Mcgrath has a Delivery person. Bob was my delivery person, and he went thru all the options on the car and how to work them he even programmed my Cell phone to the Blue Tooth !! Harmony was my Finance Manager, and not a typical manager at that. She explained my options, but did not force anything down my throat. Very happy with the dealership, and the car, just wish it didn't take so long to get the whole process done... That's the only complaint. More

Total lemon in and out of service 6 times since new because it did not start and would refuse to start and stay charged. Obviously a short somewhere , endless batteries and monitors later they refused to kill the deal and start from scratch. I can not trust the car at all. Mike McGrath won't return our calls we have to sue them. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
