Redefines Customer Service We were very happy with our most recent visit to McGrath and felt the need to write a view as thanks! My wife and I purchased an RX350 last December a We were very happy with our most recent visit to McGrath and felt the need to write a view as thanks! My wife and I purchased an RX350 last December and stopped in yesterday (more than a month after purchase) to learn more about our car's technology and install a car seat for our daughter. The service we received was immediate, personal, and over the top. While we did not make an appointment, we were taken in as soon as we arrived and were introduced to Nick Novelli. Nick graciously had the team wash our car, provided a very thorough review of the car seat installation process, and walked us through the car's technology capabilities (navigation, radio, climate, etc). Nick also delighted us by pointing out our car's remote activation capability and even upgraded that for the trunk. Suffice it to say, all of our needs were met and Nick truly exceeded our expectations in our visit. Really glad to have purchased our car with McGrath. Looking forward to coming back for our next tune up, knowing their customer service continues well beyond the sale. Thanks! More
