Nick is an outstanding individual. He is very explicit without being condescending in his explanations. I was able to understand the workings of The electronics of the Lexus I purchased. Every time I go in for service or to get my car washed he is already to help me in any way possible. Nick is kind, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. I had a superb experience at McGrath Dealer. My first encounter was with Dwayne in the service department. He shared valuable information concerning the maintenance of my Lexus, I plan to use these guid encounter was with Dwayne in the service department. He shared valuable information concerning the maintenance of my Lexus, I plan to use these guidelines in the future. The. Employees at the reception area were very accommodating also. I requested tickets to the auto show and my request was fulfilled. But of course, none of this would be possible without my sales person, Julie Hill, Julie is an ideal sales representative. She makes my appointments and continually checks to see if I need her for any reason at all. Julie is the first sales person that I have encountered that has remained at the dealer throughout the duration of my ownership of my car. I can't express how much that means to me. McGrath not only has dependable cars but the staff is also dependable. I am extremely pleased with my decision to purchase a Lexus. By the way, I love seeing my name when I enter the service department. More

My experience with McGrath Lexus is always outstanding. A special acknowledgement for Julie Hill whom we worked with in the purchase of our RX 350. She a pleasure to work with on our initial purchase - an A special acknowledgement for Julie Hill whom we worked with in the purchase of our RX 350. She a pleasure to work with on our initial purchase - and every time we pay a return visit to McGrath for service, Julie goes out of her way to ensure we are pleased with our vehicle. She made a lifelong friend in my young son, who always wants to accompany me for service appointments for the sole purpose of visiting with "Miss Julie". That little bit of kindness went a long way in our decision to purchase a Lexus over another vehicle. Also an acknowledgement for Andy Pak who has been very helpful during my last two service visits. I brought my car in for some routine service, and Andy made sure to have the service team look at/remedy an issue with the accelerator pedal. An issue I didn't even know about until the day after my appointment when I received a notice in the mail. I was quite pleased to learn I did not have to make another trip in for service on that issue. More
