I was in for service. Nick delivered the loaner to me with a great explanation about the car I was using. the loaner was a new one, very different from my current one. Robert Zuniga is the best service representative I have ever had through a Lexus dealer. I have had experience with other service reps and they were not as friendly and helpful as Robert. Friendly prompt service. Always a nice loaner car while they perform service. Update regularly and service is always performed at a high level. Andy did a great job of keeping up to date along every step of my car being repaired. He also was proactive in letting me know when he thought my car would be ready so that I could plan ahead on my arran step of my car being repaired. I have always taken my car to the dealership for service. Since I have had Bob Jaskolski for the last serveral service appointments I have been extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail. Bob provides excellent customer service and has been great in giving me an overall view of the condition of my vehicle as well as the upcoming need for service. He is always friendly and professional and gives me a complete explanation of what was done and what will need to be addressed in the future. I feel Bob treats my car like he would his own. He recognizes I have an older, low mileage vehicle and adjusts the service to that situation. Bob has been able to give me a comprehensive analysis on what my car needs and when. Bob Jaskolski is an asset to McGrath and consistently provides top customer service. More
Service was good. I made the appointment the night before and they got me in right away in the morning. I did like the free coffee and the large lounge chairs to relax in. When I arrived at the service department I was not promptly greeted and needed to seek out a customer service rep. They did not introduce themselves when I found someone and the department seemed to promptly greeted and needed to seek out a customer service rep. They did not introduce themselves when I found someone and the department seemed to busy to extend a warm greeting or make me feel appreciated or that my business was of interest. I was actually there for items to be added to the car that I purchased when I bought my car. Hopefully, the experience will be diffent when I return. More
Today (12/30), my family was leaving Chicago to travel back to our home in Wisconsin when we started experiencing a total system failure. Our Lexus GX literally "died" as we pulled into the McGrath Le back to our home in Wisconsin when we started experiencing a total system failure. Our Lexus GX literally "died" as we pulled into the McGrath Lexus parking lot. We later found out we needed a new alternator and battery. With 3 kids and a dog in the car, we were really hoping that McGrath could help us out. We have our car serviced through Lexus in WI, but had never been to McGrath before. Within 5 minutes several people had emereged from the dealership to jump start the car, get our family out and comfortable in the waiting room, and began work on the vehicle. We were just amazed as the service department appeared to be extremely busy. We received ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING service from everyone at the dealership, particularily Bob Jaskolski. Everyone(this includes anyone we came in contact with, probably about 10 different members of McGrath staff) was extremely kind to the kids and the dog and went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable while we were waiting. Mr. Jaskolski updated us frequently, went ABOVE AND BEYOND in making for sure that everything was fixed correctly on the car, pulled up all of our warranty information on the vehicle (which by the way was honored without question and saved us major $$$), and got us on our way as quickly as possible. We are extremely grateful to him! It is this kind of exceptional, truly outstanding service that has made us return to and will keep us returning to Lexus for all of our vehicles and their service. We thank the McGrath staff, particularily Bob, for helping out a couple of out of town "Wisconsinites" when they needed help the most! More
