McGrath Lexus of Chicago - Service Center

I found my visit to McGrath Lexus to be nothing but pleasant, friendly, and very accomodating! The staff is very nice, the place has a great Cafe with plenty of customer amenities, and they made my v pleasant, friendly, and very accomodating! I found the interior of the facility to be amazing, with a putting green, multiple showrooms full of interesting artwork, warm decor, and plenty of comfortable seating or workstations while you wait for your car to be serviced and washed! More

To make a long story short, I was in town from Michigan visiting friends. My RX was acting up and not being a car expert I wasnt' sure what the problem was. Googled Lexus dealers in Chicago and McGrath was visiting friends. My RX was acting up and not being a car expert I wasnt' sure what the problem was. Googled Lexus dealers in Chicago and McGrath was the one! Bob in the service department understood I was from out of town and he knew I wanted them to take their time in diagnosing the problem, however I was on a time crunch to get back home. He said to bring the car in and they would look at it immediately. I left it for the day and Bob updated me with the progress of the repair a couple of times that day. All in all, McGrath and Bob did an awesome job! I couldn't have been happier and perhaps my next Lexus will come from McGrath! Thanks Bob and to all in the Servive Department. Sue L. More
