McGrath Lexus of Chicago - Service Center

I give them two stars because I did get my oil changed, albeit took three hours to get it done. After waiting patiently I went to the desk to ask what the status was and the woman told me she was going hom albeit took three hours to get it done. I was hoping to do the same, but you have my keys and nobody can seem to tell me what was going on. Apparently whoever was working on my car just went home and failed to tell anyone what was going on with my car. So I just sat there waiting. Finding help was ridiculously hard because everyone was walking around with their hands in their pockets or going home. I’d expect this level of service at Hyundai or Kia but Lexus? My time is worth more than that and I will not be bringing my car back. Jiffy Lube here I come!!! More

The service was complete when they promised, and new required services were thoroughly explained. The only issue I have, which didn't hit me until I reviewed the bill breakdown, was that the labor ch required services were thoroughly explained. The only issue I have, which didn't hit me until I reviewed the bill breakdown, was that the labor charge for approximately 3 hours of tasks was over $900. I understand that there are estimated times for each task that are used to determine labor rates, but I think they require re-examination, for that amount is high. More
