Had an appointment to complete our purchase of a Certified Lexus at 2pm. We didn't drive off until 7pm. No financing and no trade in so it shouldn't have been that long. Was told 45min. ended up hou Certified Lexus at 2pm. We didn't drive off until 7pm. No financing and no trade in so it shouldn't have been that long. Was told 45min. ended up hours later. No tech person to walk us through the features. Got home just to find a dent in the hood. They did cover the cost to fix it which was a positive. Just didn't get that Lexus service, felt more like a regular old car lot. Disappointed as a return Lexus customer. More
