Bad Experience I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Wesmont Lexus. I went in to purchase a trade-in Volvo XC90, however the car had many flaws. After walking I recently purchased a used Lexus GX460 from Wesmont Lexus. I went in to purchase a trade-in Volvo XC90, however the car had many flaws. After walking the dealership lot and talking to a well trained sales rep, I decided to change my mind and purchase the GX460. This is a 2-year old car with very low miles, which made it very appealing to purchase. It had scratches and flaws that I asked to be fixed. In fairness to the dealership and rep, I was told that some things would need to be reviewed with the sales manager. I left my car and we went over everything that needed to be resolved, including have them proactively putting stickers on each major scratch around the exterior. I didn't even bring up the numerous issues with the interior that include scratches, dings. etc. Again, I bought the car knowing of these issues. Upon picking up my car, I was shuffled through the service area with no real explanation of what was fixed, etc. After reviewing my car outside, NOTHING, other than one scratch on the bumper was resolved. I talked to my sales rep, head of customer service and have heard nothing. In addition to this, windshield wipers were the original from 2-years ago and I had to replace personally. (Something minor, however you would expect more.) To date, I have heard nothing from the dealership and for a $50K purchase, you would want a decently serviced or front-line ready car. I am stuck with a car that I don't "love" which is extremely disappointing. Now kicking myself in the butt for not keeping the original vehicle. More

We live in a different state and it was important for us to be relatively sure we would be purchasing a vehicle before making the two hour trip. Justin Storant have the vehicle ready for us and was very knowledgeable about the history. We did end up buying a vehicle from this dealership. The only snag was the two hour a week for the business office to process our final paperwork. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend. More

Worth the trip! I had been doing research on buying a new car for several weeks and finally decided to purchase at McGrath Lexus, 300 miles from my home. Once I found one they were able to hold it for me so I didn't have to worry about it selling before my arrival. Although we had some issues with the price of my trade they were willing to assist me and eventually called in a third party who met my needed price. Had a great follow up experience with both Justin and Mike (sales). Would buy from here again. More

It took Joe a matter of days to locate our dream car! What more could you say? He made it happen for us and we are so appreciative!!! Joe was always two steps ahead of our questions and/or concerns; it's like he could read our minds based on his experience. Give Joe a first shot at locating your car and you will be pleasantly surprised. We are very discriminating buyers and will never buy a car from anyone else other than Joe. In fact, we never test drove the vehicle. He got it, he prepped it, we came in without even driving the car and said, "this is our car!" He even had a big red bow! What more can we say? I had a plan already to finance the car and Joe made sure I got the best deal possible for it and I did. My trip was satisfying and successful all because the Joe and Mike were determoned to get me in the car I wanted for the best deal and they delivered and then some! I would strongly advise anyone to at least go on and check out what they have to offer because Lexus takes care of you like no other dealership will with there employees all the way to their complimentary car washes and massage mondays.
