Customer for life. Joe Scala is the best!! I went to McGrath Lexus with the hopes of trading in my BMW M3. I recently was promoted at work and because of this now had an 80 mile a day round tr I went to McGrath Lexus with the hopes of trading in my BMW M3. I recently was promoted at work and because of this now had an 80 mile a day round trip. The pain at the pump on my M3 was killing me and ideally, I wanted to lower my payment. Though the odds were stacked against me. Joe Scala worked tirelessly and dedicated his entire Saturday to me. Joe treated me like he would treat his own son. He showed me some options and was so honest with me about everything. We finally decided on a 2012 IS250 that was Lexus Certified and had next to no miles on it. Joe really took care of me and told me he was going to give me a 6 year, 125k mile bumper to bumper warranty PLUS 2 years no maintenance. Unbelievable. Joe immediately took the Lexus to a rock bottom price and gave me top dollar for my trade. I've never been treated with so much respect in my life. I then met with Mike Agnello in finance who went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to make nothing short of a miracle happen. He ended up lowering my payment drastically without me haggling one bit. He included so many perks for me, my head was spinning. I know I got the deal of a lifetime because of Joe and Mike. I certainly did not buy a $95,000 car like many of their customers do, but I was treated the exact same as those customers which really blew me away. McGrath is lucky to have both Joe and Mike. They gained a customer for life. I can't think of many situations where I can say I traded out of a car that was 7 years old with almost 80k miles on it INTO what is basically a brand new Lexus and lowered my payment. If you go anywhere else in the Chicagoland area for a luxury car, you're doing yourself a disservice. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I can't wait to be able to thank Joe and Mike in person every Saturday when I'm getting my free car washes! Top notch across the board!!!!! More

No BS, no sales pitch here. The whole car buying process was time-efficient. The rest of the dealerships either took too long to get back to us with a written quote, too salesy, and played a bait n' switch game with us. One where they gave us a really low price just to get us in the door, then change the prices once we got there. A time waster! I can't believe that is still happening in 2015. Overall, I'll be back to McGrath Lexus and can comfortably refer Peter Mangano to my friends and family. More
