The GM Tracy Isselhardt even took the time to check in with us a couple of times to make sure we were having a good experience. We ended up getting a RX450 Hybrid and couldn't be happier with our decision. Greg in finance was also very helpful in explaining the details to our deal and the Certified option we went with. I have to say this was the most easygoing car buying experience ever. I have already recommended this dealership and the sales people I worked with to my friends and family. More

Couldn't get better prices and service anywhere else. I recently (4/24/14) went to look at the new Lexus IS at Lexus of Westmont. I talked to Steve Stover, who knew what equates to "too much" about the new IS. And that's not a bad thing. I asked him multiple questions and even tried to stump him a few times, and he knew the all the answers right away. Steve had gotten me a great price right away, and in my mind, I was ready to buy, but the wife wanted a cheaper payment. So Steve let me go home and talk to my wife to work out the little details with her. Steve never once was pushy, or rude because I was leaving without buying the car that day. He had patience, and I will always remember and appreciate that. So when I finally went back, and Lexus and I both were happy with the numbers, there was no chance I wasn't going to buy the car from them. So I did indeed buy the car, and I couldn't be happier. Jimmy Tran in the finance department worked closely with Steve and myself to make sure everything was perfect. Everything about my experience was an A+ rating. An added bonus is they have a new, big dollar carwash that's free to use, everyday. I pay $8.95 at my local wash 1-2 times a week, so this is an incredible bonus for me. Really great place to work with. I highly suggest buying from them. I also suggest to try to find Steve, and working with him. He made me feel like we were friends, and not a salesman and buyer. They insure a buyer is comfortable with the ins and outs of the vehicle, and the way the group gets you through financing and into your new vehicle is pretty seamless. We will recommend them to our friends and I would recommend Steve to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. More
