He made sure that I was well taken care of by the documentation personnel and was able to locate an owners manual (important for me) before I left. He was able to explain almost all of the features of this "Special Edition" and when I returned for an adjustment of the headlights, Scott was able to procure a manual for the navigation system for the car.
