I just bought a 2013 RX350 from Steve Gibson at McGrath Lexus of Westmont. Before we started the process my husband had a negative impression of Lexus salespeople since he had had a couple of not-so-stella Lexus of Westmont. However, Steve turned this impression right aorund with his courtesy, attention to detail, passion and dedication to his work. Steve exhibited a genuine desire to help and it is fair to say that Steve was a big reason that we decided to buy a Lexus and to buy from this dealership. Ben our Delivery Expert was extermely helpful and thanks to him I have been using most [not all, yet!] of the new features of my Navigation and Media systems. Kudos to Steve and the dealership. Eric and Scott were receptive to my requests and accomodating. As my Lexus GS 300 had reached ten years, we decided it was time to trade it in. We returned to McGrath Lexus, hoping to make our third pre-owned purchase there (the first had been an LS). After listening to what I was looking for, Joe made some recommendations on the floor, and then went to his computer to see what else they had that would fit the parameters we gave him. It didn't take long for him to make his best recommendation, which turned out to be one on the floor, and explain why this was his best suggestion. Then we took it out for a test drive, an Joe explained more features of the car and how this one, a GS 350, was an upgrade from the one we were trading in (which, by the way, had been a terrific car, and was in excellent shape). He also worked with Eric to get us the best possible trade for my ten year old car. Throughout, Joe was very professional, helpful, and easy to work with (no pressure). He also introduced us to Bob, who spent over an hour teaching me how to use all the features of the car, including the updated navigation system. I am very happy with the car and with the way we were treated. As a longtime customer of McGrath, I have been very satisfied with the service that has been given to the cars we have purchased there. I had chance to deal with this amazing person to get my new car. He did all you can expect and more to get us satisfied. Greg spent a fair amount of time with us and took the time to answer and address all questions/concerns we had and never made us feel pressured to buy the car. We ended up with a great car and got a great deal, and since our purchace Greg has followed up on several occasions to make sure we are satisfied with our purchace. My experience with Mcgrath Lexus of westmont is very disappointing. No professionallism is shown by the salesperson. I did buy a used vehicle the sales person Justin has no clue about the vehicle he is disappointing. No professionallism is shown by the salesperson. Almost 10 ten days since I bought the vehicle, the dealership did not even bother to call me to see how much I am satisfied with the purchase. Maybe they already knew they did a a very bad job. Please dont trust the positive reviews on this website. All written by dealership people. Another disappointing fact they made me drive from another state and changed everything in last minute.
