Once I found one they were able to hold it for me so I didn't have to worry about it selling before my arrival. Although we had some issues with the price of my trade they were willing to assist me and eventually called in a third party who met my needed price. Had a great follow up experience with both Justin and Mike (sales). Would buy from here again. More

Joe was always two steps ahead of our questions and/or concerns; it's like he could read our minds based on his experience. Give Joe a first shot at locating your car and you will be pleasantly surprised. We are very discriminating buyers and will never buy a car from anyone else other than Joe. In fact, we never test drove the vehicle. He got it, he prepped it, we came in without even driving the car and said, "this is our car!" He even had a big red bow! What more can we say? I had a plan already to finance the car and Joe made sure I got the best deal possible for it and I did. My trip was satisfying and successful all because the Joe and Mike were determoned to get me in the car I wanted for the best deal and they delivered and then some! I would strongly advise anyone to at least go on and check out what they have to offer because Lexus takes care of you like no other dealership will with there employees all the way to their complimentary car washes and massage mondays. Be very careful when they ask for a deposit They are very slow to reverse a credit card charge when they said it was fully refundable.
