Easy peasy used car purchase! I was looking for a used Honda Fit, and happened to see one that McGrath was offering. I sent in an inquiry email, and got a return phone literally w I was looking for a used Honda Fit, and happened to see one that McGrath was offering. I sent in an inquiry email, and got a return phone literally within three minutes. I was referred to Joe Scala...and the next day I had my car. It could not have been more simple. Joe described the condition of the car to me in detail, texted me pictures, and the car's history. He brought the car inside in anticipation of my visit and had it cleaned up and ready for my visit. When I arrived the next day, the car was there and ready for the test ride. The negotiations on pricing were simple, direct, clear and, blessedly, short. I was in and out within 90 minutes. I feel like I got great deal, based on comparisons I found, so I have nothing but compliments on that score. I also got terrific treatment from this Lexus dealer even though all I was buying was a used Honda. They treated me the same as any customer there, which is to say, they treated me royally.
