Greg Luzinkski and McGrath Lexus was a pleasure to work with. We made the deal over the phone via texting of pictures and video. We inspected the vehicle, paperwork was done, check written, and ready to hit the road home. By the way, they also prepared lunch for our ride home. Steve Gibson is a great sales person but more important a great person. Bob Cowden, the New Car Delivery Manager took the time to go through every option on the new RX450h and in a very creative and entertaining way. From the first phone call to the dealership, through the finalization of the purchase, we received excellent service. The office and sales staff were very professional and worked close with us for a quick and smooth transaction. We were on the highway in our new car within an hour of our initial inspection of the car. Walking through the showroom, we found a full variety of Lexus vehicles.
