I purchased a pre-owned 2004 ES330 from Scott Raymond about 15 min. before closing on a Friday Night. He was able to explain almost all of the features of this "Special Edition" and when I returned for an adjustment of the headlights, Scott was able to procure a manual for the navigation system for the car.
